Bevel gear gate valve, also known as gate valve or gate valve, is a widely used valve. 1、 Purpose:

Install water and steam pipelines as opening and closing devices.

2、 Structure description:

1. The two ends of the branch pipe are connected by welding, and the opening and closing of the valve are controlled by a gear transmission device.

2. The valve closure is mainly achieved through the bevel gear mechanism on the valve cover and the adjustable double single gate, universal top, clamp ring, etc., which are guided by the valve body for lifting and lowering movement.

3. The sealing surface of the valve seat is made of cobalt based hard alloy overlay welding, with good wear resistance and scratch resistance.

4. The surface of the valve stem is treated with corrosion-resistant nitriding, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

5. The pressure self tightening sealing mechanism uses medium pressure to compress the wedge-shaped sealing ring to achieve sealing. The higher the medium pressure, the better the sealing performance.

3、 Installation instructions: 1 When installing the valve, it must be installed vertically on a horizontal pipeline, and the medium can enter from either side. Only after the pipeline is flushed clean can the valve be installed. 2. When using this valve, it should be fully open or fully closed and cannot be used as a regulating valve.
